The Advanced Course returns - for SOM Alumni of any vintage!  This wonder course, for up to 24 people, now includes two live qualifying professional demonstration observations.  Led by Mediators, Practitioners,  Coaches, Therapists, Analysts, and Actors delegates build on their skills and see will see live how experts prepare, present, and survive mediations of all types.  Fabulous feedback. The course develops fluency in techniques such as reality testing and reframing as well as the use of reflective language and active listening.  Delegates are encouraged to consider their own practice and identify areas in which they might make improvements, including how they might best support inclusivity and avoid the potential for unconscious bias within their mediations.  The course is for those who can demonstrate mediation experience and commitment, who want to contribute to the Free Mediation Service, and in due course have ambitions to join the Faculty.   It is available on application to [email protected] at £426 for the day.6 Hours CPD
