The course develops fluency in techniques such as reality testing and reframing as well as the use of reflective language and active listening.  Delegates are encouraged to consider their own practice and identify areas in which they might make improvements, including how they might best support inclusivity and avoid the potential for unconscious bias within their mediations.  The course is for those who can demonstrate mediation experience and commitment, who want to contribute to the Free Mediation Service, and in due course have ambitions to join the Faculty.   It is available on application to [email protected] at £300+VAT 6 Hours CPD
